Returning after rough summer.
 

Hello all. I had just started getting into the swing of things with my diet and with the forum before leaving for big family vacation. Not long after I returned home, I got word my Mother had a major heart attack. I rushed down to Texas to be with her. She needed a quadruple bypass and has been in the hospital since July 15 due to respiratory failure (2 months, today). After 2 several weeks long visits, I am back home for a while. Seeing all this happen to my Mother has really made me believe that if I don't get my weight under serious control, I will end up with the same thing happening to me. Fortunately I did not gain weight over the summer, and I am back with renewed determination to lose the rest of this weight!
