Starting Over

Hi - I am irritated with myself because I love twenty last year - fell in love and gained 22 back! So just started Biggest Loser with the office and want to lose 30 by XMas. I am going to do it and thought this would be a great site to help me! I am also using BodyBugg because I need short term motivation. I was scared to get on the scale but not knowing didn't mean not being that weight. Anyway just wanted to share!
