Hope to get some good advice and support here. Glad there is an over 50's slot. Making a fair headway with the OLD WW plan although my bad back intervenes every so often and drives me off course.Pain gets really bad sometimes and I can't get a proper meal made so just have to grab a bit of bread and butter to tide me over till it subsides. Can't even stand long enough to deal with a micro ready meal. Still, lots worse than me.

I just included myself in a 30lbs by christmas challenge thread. being apart of a challenge will def help with motivation. I've only been on here a wk but have noticed a lot of challenges n such to join to help out. Good luck!
