  • This is my first post on this site! So hello everyone

While I may be a noobie on the site, im sure not to dieting :P

I attempted plenty of fad diets, dangerous appetite suppressants, and quick fixes... My best weight is 125 lbs. I'm 5'3, and ever since high school I've gained and gained, lost and gained, lost and gained it all back and more-- I'm at 191 lbs right now.

I've decided to quit quick fixes and make a true lifestyle change: Eating better, smaller portions, working out every day, quit smoking.

At the moment, I am playing tennis, soccer, and doing the Slim in 6 routine.

    Here we go!

The first picture is of me in high school. I was about 120, but had muscle as I played soccer every day!

The second picture is me (on the right) at my biggest, 195 or so... taken a few months ago.

And the third is from a vacation a few years ago, and it is my motivational picture. I CAN LOOK LIKE THAT AGAIN. and i will.

I look forward to supporting you ladies, and i will be so grateful for yours. Lord knows, I'll need it!

  • Welcome!!!
  • Thank you, everyone! I am still sticking with it. 5 days of not smoking, and day 4 of Slim in 6! I have not been able to weigh myself again yet but I will say I feel so much better already!
  • Good for you
  • Good luck on your journey and welcome to the forums!
  • Hey there! I think most of us can empathize with you about the lose, gain, lose, gain rollercoaster (though mine has been mostly gain, lol). It can be challenging to overcome, but it can be done. Good luck! You can definitely reach your goal.
