I am really happy you guys replied. I'm looking forward to getting to know you and hope we can support each other through our weight loss.
I want/need to lose weight. I'm not exactly sure how much I need to lose but I definitely want to lose at least 40kgs. My starting weight was 102kg, which is just over 225lbs
Right now I really want to do it for me, but dont want to tell family I'm trying to lose weight. I'm sick of people watching what I eat or do and commenting on it.
Anyway, this time i'm really serious, I've been going for about 6 weeks and have lost 8kgs, but now its starting to slow down and I'm losing motivation! I've cut out all processed food and most sugars. I'm trying to cut out orr atleast significantly reduce all wheat products too. Exercise wise, I joined the gym, and have basically been doing the same workout everytime I go. But having gained 1kg last week, I have decided to see a trainer to get some advice about exercise.
