Well, here I am.
I just have come to realize how much weight I have gained.
I was looking at my online profile from my heath insurance and under "conditions" it was listed: Obesity
It brought tears to my eyes and then I was anger. This had to be a mistake. But it was not. I have ballooned and I am now obese.
I am 5'7" and weigh 245 pounds.
I have set a goal of losing 100 pounds.
I don't know what happened. I lost touch with myself.
I don't have much support in my "real" life, so I am reaching out here.
