Hi!
Hi! :D I'm about 50 lbs overweight, and I'd love some support. I get frustrated with calorie/carb counting, so I'm going to try the generic 'healthy choices' diet, and I was wondering if this outline would work.

hugs and support on your weight loss journey :flow1: Also, you may need a few more calories to sustain yourself as you are losing :) I had been counting calories/carbs/and portions trying to keep it at 1200 calories and less than 20 carbs. I dropped weight quickly but then stalled. I had to adjust my calories just a tiny bit to get the scale moving again. :) |

I was going through a stall recently and hits the threads for some support and more inportantly some ADVICE. The ladies on these threads are AMAZING and they give AWESOME advice and support.
