I am very glad to have joined this forum. I come from South Africa and I am only 3 weeks into my weight loss program so I still have a long way to go. I now weigh 92.5kg and when I started I weighed 95.5kg. I am taking Sibutramine and just eating healthy and exercising. I really struggle with portion control!

I had a baby almost 2 years ago and have not been able to lose all of the weight since pregnancy. We tried to conceive again at the beginning of the year but because of my weight I have developed insulin resistance and if I want to have another baby next year I really need to lose this weight.

I am so happy to find a support forum like this. Losing weight is not easy and changing bad habits is even more difficult.
