Hello Again

I'm not exactly new to this website but it's been over a year since I was on. In that year I have gained forty pounds of the sixty I lost and am far from Onederland. My goal is to lose what I gained and gain what I lost. It's amazing how forty pounds can make you feel icky. I want to look and feel great again. This site was an inspiration for me a year ago I know it will help again. It's good to be back.
