New here, need to loose 30 lbs...
 

and i need all the support i can get. that's the only thing im lacking right now well that is accountability, anyways im starting ww tomorrow i have done it a couple years ago with good success .i look forward to getting to know people and giving support here.i think im just gonna look around the boards here and try to find a good place for me. any suggestions is welcomed thank you!!:)

where would be a good place to start? the 30's board? 180's board? both? there are so many boards here im not quite sure how it works. i would like to be a part of a group that way i get to know people so that way i can feel comfortable with sharing my thoughts, feeling etc..
