Hi there
Thought I should introduce myself and try and become an active member of this forum. I am a member of other forums but don't tend to contribute much, but want to make this one different as there is so much information and inspiration here.

My name is Cassie, I'm a 33yo mother of 3 kids (5, 3 & 1). I'm from Australia. I found this site randomly through googling and have to say I think it looks very beneficial.

I don't know what my starting weight is, I don't own a pair of scales, I would normally jump on my parents when I visit them but alas they are away for 3 months so I have no access to them, which may be a good thing or a bad thing. I am quite happy to go with how I feel and how my clothes feel and measurements as well. I think I may have been around 93kgs (204lbs) (yikes, that's pretty depressing, putting it in pounds that is, kilos is much better still only being 2 digits). I'm 5'6".

Anyway, I am loving reading everything on here, there is so much inspiration, the goal photos of everyone are amazing and I would love to be there one day.
I look forward to getting to know some people around here.

Welcome, Casriel. I suggest you look for a Support Group or Challenge to join; a small group of friends to help keep you motivated, find one that inspires you or fits your needs, and just post to join.
