Week #2: No Excuses!!
My first week in this community was kinda hard. Ive done this weight lose thing before but this time it feels like my body is fighting against me but I still moved it. I cheated myself because I lazily got it my physical fitness. These next seven days I commit to doing something nice to myself and get into it.:carrot:

If it's any help... when I diet and hit a mile stone (with me its every 10lbs) I give myself a little treat. A face pack, a posh bubble bath, a new eyeshadow etc. Something not too dear but different to what I would normally buy.

monday
Today I wore ankle weights to sneak in some exercise...when I got off work I went walking with me son. My son has no idea what Im trying to do he just enjoyed the walk but he did wonder why we didnt take the car. Thanks for the welcomes to the community: I really needed a place to "whine" if you know what I mean..

I played with my sons at laser quest...for you all that have kids...each game is like 20 mins...great cardio!! Thanks for existing!
