So i stumbled upon this site looking to see if fudgesicles were a decent snack, probably not but I have to have something!

Anyway. I am glad to have found this site. As I read through some of the group threads it felt like a nonjudgmental and supportive environment. I can't wait to find the perfect group of supportive weight loss partners for me! Now, to find that group!

I love fudgesicles! Welcome, by the way. :) Anyway, back to fudgesicles, I think that they can be a relatively good snack as long as you won't eat a whole box at once. If you're calorie counting, you can find ones that are between 40 and 60 calories each. Maybe it's not great, but considering that candy bars are generally at least 200 calories a piece, i think fudgesicles are pretty decent and satisfying! I'm a chocoholic too, so it's hard for me to find something that is a low-cal option when I have a craving. Good luck to you!
