Time to start again !
 

Hi Everyone
I am new to this...but have tried everyting else. What I really need is to be around others who understand.
I have done for everyone else and now it is time for ME.

Oh boy, do I hear that! As a mother (and grandmother) we are programmed to care for others, putting their needs before our own. We tend to be taken for granted. After a while it's easy to realize that nobody is meeting our needs; however, we are responsible for our own happiness and sometimes we need to just say HEY - it's MY turn! Good for you!!!

I'm new here too, and am also so glad to have found these forums. Support is likely to make a huge difference, at least for me. The diet plan I just started is going to put a bit of a strain on our budget, but both me and my hubby feel that my health is worth it.

I so understand too! This is a super great place to be. I found it at the end of April and I don't have much money to "do" any specific program. So...I'm calorie counting for the first time in my history. Loving it too...and it's working. I hope you find the motivation and the encouragement you're looking for here too. Choose well!

Hi, I'm new too and believe me, I understand why you're here. I also need the support of others who understand what it's like to be overweight and struggling. Hopefully, this website will be the extra "oomph" I need to be able to finally lose the weight and become the healthy person I want to be. Congratulations to both of us for finding 3fc!
