I've been officially "dieting" for 4 days, it doesn't seem like long but I'm a fail dieter and I've definitely tried this all before, I feel way more positive this time.
I'm more of a sugarholic than anything, I don't really eat unhealthy large meals, I just love sweets, chocolates, cakes, ice cream and stuff.
I'm planning on weighing myself fortnightly, even though I did weigh myself my 2nd day into my diet out of excitement, it was a bad idea even though I had lost 3lbs that was just lucky. I don't want to get disheartened.
