I'm a 22 year old single mom of a 2 year old....
I hate not being able to get on the floor and play with my son
I hate not being able to chase him out side (i can for like 30 secs)
I hate looking in the mirror
I hate being insecure
I hate not being able to wear a bathing suit (and be confident)
Right now i just hate being me and its about time i make a change!
Starting weight 210lbs
Goal weight 130lbs!

Ill take any advice you can give me!

The most important advice I have is to start learning to love yourself or at least like. Weight loss is hard and harder to maintain so why would you put in that much effort when you don't like you?

As far as specifics, find something that you can do the rest of your life, think long term. If you are tempted to try something that will work fast remember that it won't last, we have to be able to do it 10 years from now or it's a lot of work to just gain it back.

Good luck! Focus on the positive things you have in your life (like your kids), and find things about yourself that you love. It's hard work, but you can do this!
