Day 1 and 2 goals!
 

Hi my name is Nicole. I just signed up today and started my blog. i've been watching the forms for the past month and I've been wanting to get started for a while now, but after looking at the before and after stories and then seeing a picture taken of me at my nephews pool party i saw my true body for the first time.

I started yesterday, I went to the grocery store and bought things i love to eat but have small portions and can easily be put in my lunch box for work instead of grabbing a dollar burger everyday for lunch. I also started food journaling. I actually have done really well so far today!

My goal is to be stunning on my wedding day on Nov 14 2010 I'm not sure what my weight is right now i have to purchase a scale but i want to lose 40 lbs by dec and i also want to quite smoking by my wedding day! Nothing worse then a bride with an $800 dress and a cigarette hanging out of her mouth.

Well, thats me. Thank you so much for sharing all of your stories! You've got me so motivated i cant wait to get home and cook a healthy dinner!!

Welcome. I suggest you look for a Support Group or Challenge to join; a small group of friends to help keep you motivated, find one that inspires you or fits your needs, and just post to join.

Hey Nicole, welcome to 3FC, you and are are the same height and you are starting out at pretty much the same weight I did on June 30, I have lost 10lbs so far and I know you can do it!. Glad you are here!
