Where to begin??
My name is Carrie and I live in Georgia. I have two wonderful children. My son started middle school this year and my daughter is in 2nd grade. I am a full time college student and work two part time jobs. My biggest obstacle is TIME!!! I have no time to do anything for myself, and what time I do have is when I (of course) have NO energy lol!! I have been at a stand still since June, when I went back to school. I have lost 30 pounds this year, but none since June and I am getting so very frustrated!! I am so off track on my diet and am finding it very difficult to get back to eating healthier again!! I am hoping to find the motivation I need here at 3FC and am looking forward to finding some supportive new friends!! :D

Good Luck! I find when I have absolutly NO engery to go to one of my work outs, that if i drink a warm black coffee and then wait 15mins, I have enough to get thru! Now personally I dont really like the coffee, lol, but it works!

Welcome. Congratulations on your 30lb weightloss! I suggest you look for a Support Group or Challenge to join; a small group of friends to help keep you motivated, find one that inspires you or fits your needs, and just post to join.
