Fat Gurl too!

Hello Everyone. Glad to be here. Need some support! I fell off from LAWL a few months before it switched its name to Pure weight-loss. I did not get to the stabilization phase. Can anyone relate? If so, what did you do afterwards? Can anyone share that phase with me? I can start the first phase over with support from you guys. I need all the help I can get. I'm 5'4 at 210 lbs. Not good........ Thanks.
