I wanted to introduce myself!

My name is Nikki, 30 year old mother of 1, wife, cook, baker,cake decorator, maid, laundress, nursing student, office manager and friend! I am very busy with life right now, but it is time to focus on myself more! I live in Dayton Ohio.

In 2/2009 I was at my highest weight of 220. I had a very stressful event happen in my life and list 20 lbs in about 3 weeks. (not healthy at all) but i have kept all of that off. In 12/2009 I had a hysterectomy. Since then I have lost an additional 10 lbs. And now I am now working very hard to get down to about 150 before 3/2011. I will be renewing my wedding vows in 9/2011 and want to wear my "dream" dress! :cheer2:

So I have a game plan set out for myself and I will follow it! I will be counting calories and exercise more. I know I can do it! I WILL do it!

I am looking forward to exploring this site and making new friends along the way.:hug:
