So I have lost 50 pounds on my own and have reached the point where I am asking myself if I have the motivation to keep on. I know I want to, need to and CAN... I just need that extra motivation. I am looking to 3FC to help me get there and to help me get connected with some folks who can asssit me on my journey.:wave::wave:

Why do you wanna stop for hot dogs at the 7-11 when the fresh catch of the day is being prepared just ahead? The restaurant is open air to the most gorgeous beach you have ever seen. The roof is thatched. The waiter is HAWT. The drinks have umbrellas in them!
