Hi everyone!
I have to start off by saying I am even surprising myself by doing this.....Its a great step in the right direction for me! I have always been the in the closet kind of person about dieting and exercise because of my embarassment of my size. strange I know. I think this is going to be be a great to be able to discuss matters with everyone. Today is my day to start. I have been fooling around to too long and its time to cut to the chase and get fully committed. as my profile says, I have my wedding coming up and unfortunately, I have been gaining and loosing the same 15 lb's for the past 3 months.... I am a stress eater and with a lot of situations happening in my life at this time, my waist line took a beating....I am so disappointed in myself, this is the biggest I have been and know its not healthy. Soo no need to dwell on the past and I think its best to turn over a new leaf and start fresh. I am putting in an honest effort; I am a very determined woman and dont know why this is such a challenge for me. I want to be proud of my body, and boost my self confidence along the way. I know this isnt going to happen over night and I know its not fecible to reach my goal by my wedding date but Its a start. I can do this.!!! Well I hope to meet a lot of new people, gain a great support network and learn some fantastic tips along the way! I have read some of the success stories and am very inspired! I will be posting mine there soon enough!! |

Welcome. I suggest you look for a Support Group or Challenge to join; a small group of friends to help keep you motivated, find one that inspires you or fits your needs, and just post to join.
