hello all
so im new here and just looking for some advice, so im 19 and im unsure about what to make of my pcos and it sucks cause my parents aren't even in the same universe when it comes to understanding about. i live with my dad, cause im unable to find a job no matter what i do, and the only thing im really able to do is go to school of now. so here goes.
i discovered about almost 2 months ago that i have pcos, though i was aware i had it from the symptons people with it go through. she perscribed me ocella, and i have been trying to get it, but since im only 19 and have the worst luck with finding a job while going to school online my parents don't nescessarily understnad my situation even though they both know i have it. So getting it is a real pain, and its going to cost me around 55 dollars to get but i think its for a years supply but im not sure. which is actually pretty good.
i've been doing alot of research and found out about the insulin plan, and i have the 10 minutes trainer ive been using. but i don't know what else i could do. and i know about the hair loss that is one of the majorly bad symptoms of pcos, but im only 19 and im already worrying about it and i litterally empty my hairbrush everyday cause of how much shedding im doing and it doesn't change much in the winter.
anybody know what i could do for it
