Hello there all!

Hey everyone,

I have spent some time looking round here and finally got the courage up to actually join cause you look like a lovely friendly bunch!
I hope I can do it this time and to help me, i've joined here and also got a blog to write in hopefully everyday to keep me on track and post up my pictures!

Welcome. I suggest you look for a Support Group or Challenge to join; a small group of friends to help keep you motivated, find one that inspires you or fits your needs, and just post to join.
