Hi Chicks,
I just discovered this forum tonight and am throwing myself straight in the deep end! I have been losing and gaining weight for the last 7 years and want to not only lose it this time but lose it for good!! Today I am the heaviest I have ever been, 90.5kg (199 pounds). TIME FOR A LIFE CHANGE!! I have 2 little boys and need to do this not just for myself but for them as well. My goal is to lose 30kg (66 pounds).
As I have struggled for so long to do this on my own and failed, I realise I need the help and support of others, wherever you may be in the world. :)
I look forward to sharing ideas, inspiration and motivation with you all. We can do it!:carrot:

Congrats on reaching out for support it does help so much. It's so touching hearing you talk about your boys, so true isn't it? We just want our kids to grow up without this struggle to deal with. Best of luck on your journey to health, you can do it!

Welcome to the forum! I just officially joined yesterday after reading for a while! Your boys will be such a great motivator!! =) Good luck with your quest & hopefully this will be an encouraging place to come. (I know I don't have a lot of encouragement from people who know what I'm going through in my day-today life, so this is a breath of fresh air!)
