Aloha from Hawaii!

  • Hi my name is LU. I am a NEWBIE to this site. I've been searching high and low for weight loss support forums and I just love this one!

    I'm so SICK of being big. I've been overweight since high school. I've always stayed between 200-250lbs, but after I got married 10 years ago my weight just sky-rocketed. I guess you could say I'm REALLY happy! LOL.

    Since I've been married I'ved gained close to 150lbs. My highest weight was last year at 363lbs. I've lost some weight currently I'm at 338 just from walking everyday for 30-45 minutes.

    My husband and I have been having infertility problems due to my weight (of course ha!), my Dr. says I need to lose the weight. At least 150lbs. He even suggested Weight Loss Surgery. But I don't wanna go that far!

    My bad habits are:

    Sweets!
    Pop!
    Eating Late (usually after 9pm)
    Fast Food!

    I'm glad to have joined this forum and hope that ya'll can help a sister out!!!

  • Welcome. I suggest you look for a Support Group or Challenge to join; a small group of friends to help keep you motivated, find one that inspires you or fits your needs, and just post to join.
