Newbie
Hello all! I just wanted to introduce myself, so if I respond to any of your posts, you would know a bit about me. I'm Alicia, and I'm not currently on a specific diet. I've always had a hatred for calorie counting, which is probably why I have a weight problem. I am proud of myself that over the last few years I lost 40 pounds, but it was just increasing my physical activity and 3 boys later that helped. I'm reaching a point in my life where I want to be thin. I have never in my whole life been "average". I'm also realizing that I'm not super young anymore, where diet doesn't matter as much. After I had my last, and youngest son, I was admitted into the hospital when he was 1 week old because they couldn't control my blood pressure. It turned out to be elcampsia, but also I'm sure had something to do with my horrible diet of starbucks, Mcdonalds, and Taco bell. Ack, sorry to ramble. I will research further and decide which is the best diet plan for me, and how I can get the best results. Thanks all for your time!
