New here...looking for support
Hi all, I'm 28 and would like to finally lose the weight I feel like I've had all my life. I am 265lbs and only 5'2". I need to lose, obviously. I am calculating calories and going to the gym 4-5 times a week. Would like to just lose something really. I want to have children in the near future, but I don't feel it is safe at this weight. Should I get a bodybugg??? :?:

Hey there Ladyfafa. I'm 25 and have one son who just turn 5 this month, my name is Judee, what's yours?. I feel like I had my weight my life, although I lost weight three times before up to 75 pounds each time. I'm 5'9 and 257, the doctors consider me obesse :( I weighted 235 when I was pregnant, to me it was very hard but it is different for every person. I count calories as well, how many do you have in one day? I am actually will starting my diet again, do you think we could help each other out?

You sound like me sweety. I'm 28 and 240 lbs. So I understand where you are. I know you will achieve your goals!

Hi everyone...the name is Millie. Nice to hear from all of you. I'm trying to eat around 1700 calories a day...but that may be too many, not sure. I really need to calculate more effectively how many calories I am burning in a typical day. Thanks for the support everyone. I will keep trucking along.

You've taken a step in the right direction. I know exactly how you feel. I want to lose weight as well so one day I can be healthy and have children as well. Im new here and so far everyone has been nothing but supportive! Keep us posted to how your days are going !
