3 Fat Chicks on a Diet Weight Loss Community - One more "chick" to add to the group!

Hello everyone! My name is Lea and I live in Virginia. I stumbled onto this site by accident and decided to join.

I have three boys - 15, 12 and 10. I've been married to my wonderful hubby, Chris, for 11 years. He is in the National Guard but has been activated since 2003. Thankfully, all but one year has been stateside - he did one year in Kuwait.

As like all of you here, I am looking to lose some weight. I want to go about it in a healthy manner - no crash diets! I am 37, 5'6" and weigh 220. I love life and have never allowed my size to define me, control me or prevent me from doing anything I enjoy. I am about to begin a journey I have never been on before, therefore, I, honestly, am a little nervous. Not nervous to start, but nervous to fail.

My goal is to lose 30 lbs before I turn 38 - which is next June. ****, I'd be ECSTATIC to get under 200!! I know I have to change my eating habits and incorporate daily exercise into my life. I haven't broken a sweat since my kids were born!!

I am excited to be here and am looking forward to transforming my body!!!
