Hi all! Just found this site today and thought that I would give it a try. I've been looking around (well, as much as my kids will let me) and trying to get a feel for the site. If anyone wants to say hi, give some pointers about this site, give me suggestions for good forums to join, etc, it would be much appreciated!

welcome! there are lots of different forums, for exercise and different ways of eating, lots of info and plans, to find the things that feel like the best fit for you. good luck on your journey! :)

Thanks everyone! There's so much to look at, and some of these threads are so huge, it's a little overwhelming. It seems like a nice place though, so I will feel it out for a little bit and then jump right in!
