Newbie from San Diego

Hello All, I am hoping to find some great support on this site. I turn 38 soon and want my 38th to be one of my best years so I want to change. I have a very stressful job and use it as an excuse for not exercising but I need to stop that.

I am committed in so many other areas of my life I want to be committed here too... and I will. :D Looking forward to meeting new people.
