New from the North Coast, CA
Hi, I've been looking around the forums for a few months now and thought I should finally post! I decided enough was enough and I am trying to go from 180 to 140 or so. I've started counting calories and exercising regularly-4 times a week with a lot of misc walking/bike riding since I don't have a car.
I'm so glad that this site exists--it really helps to have this community! Thank you :) |
