Hey everyone!
I guess this isn't really an introductory post. I used to frequent these forums. A couple of years ago, I lost 20 lbs. with the support of the wonderful people here.
And now, having regained all the weight (and probably more - I'm not sure what I weight at the moment), I'm back and asking for your support as I try to take it off a second time.
I'm buying a scale tomorrow - I'll post my starting weight and goals then. Just wanted to get this post up as an accountability measure in the meantime.
