Hello

First time poster, long time lurker (okay, not long time, found the board yesterday, signed up today, but that wouldn't be funny to say now would it?)

I have no idea what my current weight is. Probably around 175. I really have to go get a scale....if only they didn't scare me ;) At 5'3" that is about 40-50lbs too much weight.

My goal is to end up somewhere in the 120-135 range. Final goal TBD depending upon how I feel and look.

So I start Medifast after I receive it (supposed to arrive tomorrow) and I began walking on the treadmill over a week ago. My daughter is going to teach me how to use resistance bands too.

This is not my first rodeo (love that expression). Last May I tried South Beach and started a concerted exercise regime. I lost 32lbs. But I got sick and had surgery and felt sorry for myself and regained 7 of those lbs.

Anyway, I am not looking forward to my first week on Medifast but I am looking forward to losing weight and getting fit and I am glad to have found a forum where I can keep my fingers and mind busy!
