Hello everyone! I'm a noob! Found this place because of the name: 3FC. LOL It seemed to speak to me.... I've lacked in support in the past, looked at this forum, and it seems to be what I need. Now, I just need to put in the effort and post here. I need to lose over 100 pounds! (eep) This IS the last summer that I'm fat! :carrot:

I'm in the same spot ladies! Need to lose over 100 (it sounds so scary to say it doesn't it) But I am on day 2 1/2 and I am holding steady. Can't say I'm not grumpy already but, I know I will be better next week, and we will all be in great places as long as we have each other to talk to and support each other! Toasts to at least a One Piece instead of something resmbling a tent under my tee shirts at the pool and the beach! :dance:

Welcome! I agree! And don't worry about how much you have to lose- there are many people here who have lost that and more. I started with 100 lbs to lose and here I am- only 57 left to go :)
