Need some support
 
Hello,
I stumbled on the 3FC book at the public library and thought I would check out this site. I am excited to know others are need to belong as I do. All of my life I have always been 15-20 lbs overweight. This has always been 15-20 lbs of restriction and unhappiness. I want to feel fit. I am ready for change - YET AGAIN.
