i joined a while ago, quite a while ago in fact lol

im 29 and from kent, single 3 kids work hard, you know how it is, 2 many cakes ect :o

anyway im on a mission to lose as much as i possibly can, i dont have a target, my ideal weight is 10stone according to my dr... but im like 5 stone over it or maybe a little less...

ive not long quit smoking too :carrot:
