Newbie from NYC
 

hello all! i'm evie from new york city. i'm 29 and currently trying to get in the healthiest shape of my life before 30. i'm also engaged and talking about having children, so its time to get it in gear! i look forward to posting for those little times i need help! and helping be a cheerleader to others when i can! any suggestions for a newbies first reads?

I should have read your post before I placed mine!! I will be 30 in seven days and am looking for a buddy to get in shape for my 30's. I am not even sure what plan I want to try... I dont have any reading suggestions but I am here for support. What plan will you be doing?
