Just wanted to introduce myself, my name is Liz and I am 23. I live in Orlando and just joined and started my blog today. I would like to see 80-90lbs gone forever and will be starting P90x next week..i'm really nervous but excited about it!

I don't have the best support system..my mom thinks I am setting myself up for failure but I am determined to prove her and everyone else that doubts me wrong. I didn't gain this weight overnight so I know I won't lose it overnight, but I will lose it for good! So i'll take any and all encouragement that I can get!
