Hi everyone, I just found this site not too long ago, and I've seen so many great posts and what not....I just had to join!

I'm 28 years old, and I started my new healthy lifestyle in March. I've gone from 260 lbs to 233, and I hope to be able to reach my goal of 160 by sometime next year. I'm looking forward to this positive change in my life!
