The 100lbs Quest
 
Hi all, I'm 7lbs into my 100lbs quest, just 93 more to get to goal, and going to celebrate each 10lbs as it not so much drops off as gets forcibly kicked off!! lol

I'm using the superfoods method and have ordered some decaslim after much research and sifting through reviews and testimonials etc. It hasn't arrived yet but if it has anywhere near as much of a result as the superfoods list that inspired it, then I'll be expecting great things!! :)

Welcome to 3FC! 100 pounds sounds like a lot but if you stick with it it really happens pretty fast. A year from now you'll be so glad you started!

You are doing great and welcome to the forums. If I may ask what is decaslim and super foods? Here in TN we have a grocery called Whole Foods but I don't think that is what you are referring to. I look forward to reading your posts and updates

Losing It: the superfoods are a list of foods that have the most beneficial nutrients, they were listed in an article in times magazine called 10 foods that pack a wallop. Various dietary supplements have resulted, decaslim being one of the most successful. Combining the active ingredients. Although it has been proved that eating the actual foods as much as possible also has a very good effect.

I was recommended it by a friend who lost over half her bodyweight by combining the supplement with a healthy eating plan based on those same superfoods.

I've been on it a week and lost 7lbs already (just the foods - the supplements haven't arrived yet, coming to UK from USA so can take a while).

Just hoping it's as good as what I've seen so far, if it is then I hope to reach my goal weight in a year or less :D
