newby ready for change
 

hello,
i am a 28 year old mother and wife who is looking to get rid of some unhealthy poundage. i have tried a few diets in the past only to end up right back where i started out. i am ready for permanent change and looking for some support friends to take this journey with me. my husband is great, however he has never been overweight and cannot relate completely. my weight issues started after having had my child 7 years ago it seems as though my body never recovered from the shock of pregnancy.(and my eating and exercising habits just got sloppy) it is a shame to think that i use to actually have a nice body. as a teen i was the only girl on my highschool wresting team. well i'm not too old to once again reclaim my former glory anyone with me?
