Just beginning

Hello, all.

This is my first time here and , I hope, a new beginning. I have been going through some tough times and ate my way into an unhealthy weight.

Time to reclaim myself and my health. I have no other support system so I am taking a risk and reaching out to eveyone here.

I hope to be able to support others along this path.
