I am a 24 year old grad student, and I've struggled with my body weight all my life, it seems...
I spent money twice before on Weight Watchers, which always worked, but the results were also always temporary... I yo-yo'ed right back up.
This time, I'm trying to do it without a WW subscription. Instead, I got a Low GI Diet book... which I've heard is supposed to be very healthy for your body.
I'm currently at 184 lbs, and I hope I can get down to 160 lbs or so. I remember feeling very comfortable in my body at that weight when I was last there.
I don't usually believe in "lose X pounds in X days" but I do have a deadline of sorts: I'm going on a family vacation to Belize in December, and I'd love to be able to feel good in a nice bathing suit! Good thing I have like half a year to get there
