Another new chick from Canada
 

Hi, I am new here, I am from SK Canada. I am recently divorced, and I have four kids, and two grandkids. I would like to join this forum because I lost weight after my ex left, and have now gained it back, and more! I am now at my highest weight ever in my life. I actually was very thin growing up, and I did not start gaining weight until after I had kids. So, I hope to join you guys, and start to lose this extra weight!:dizzy:

I just joined too, I live in Quebec but was born in BC. Lost 50 pounds in 2009 but it seems like once I hit 50 my weightloss stopped entirely, does not seem to matter what I do. I only have 22 pounds left to drop, and would like to do so in 2010. Any tips for getting over a plateau anyone?
