New Here and 3rd Day on Diet!
 
Hi! I have just signed up to 3FC and am anxious to talk with new people on here with their weight loss quests! This is my 3rd day on the Ideal Protein Diet and I am doing good so far!:carrot:

Glad your doing well on your diet :) i recently had a baby, now slowly but surely on my way to losing the excess pounds...

Hi there,

How is your diet going so far and what sort of things are you eating on this protein diet?

I've been on my diet for 4 days so far and have lost 1 1/2 lbs... I so wish there was some sort of magic wand to speed things up.

Hi Peechy5, welcome. I saw a forum on here for people on the IP diet. You might want to check it out, if you haven't already done so. I think there's also a challenge going on also. I stumbled upon it, not knowing what IP stood for until I read quite a few replies :), and the lady said it was only for the people on Ideal Protein. :D

Thanks for your replies and hello's! I have lost 6 lbs in the first 3 days so I am really excited although I know it will slow down. So far on this diet, I eat alot of salad, veggies (only certain ones, though) and protein packets that I mix up.

I am really happy that you were able to make the first step. Do you think you could share with me how you did it? I am having a terribly hard time just to make the decision and keep to it.

i seem to have a lot of day ones..
But this is my week...

I never heard about the ideal protein diet before these boards. Will have to research it.
