The Center for Medical Weightloss
 

I am new to the boards, this is my first post. I have been on the Ideal Protein diet for almost a month now. At this point I am looking to try another diet alternative and have been researching The Center for Medical Weightloss. I haven't been able to find any info from people that have tried this diet other than their website. Is there anyone out there willing to share their experience with this program? Or can someone direct me to a place with more info about this program?

I have never even heard of Ideal Protein diet or The Center for Medical Weightloss, sorry.

Thanks for the encouragement! The Ideal Protein diet is a very strict diet based of low/no carbs. It is usually run by a Dr. or Clinic. I am having a hard time with it because I am not allowed to exercise and the veggie heavy eating is just becoming impossible for me to continue and not cheat.

I don't know of anyone having tried this approach and was looking for some imput.

I am very motivated to lose weight, just need to find a plan that is better for me.
