My husband and I are both trying to lose weight since we both work all day then come home tired and have no motivation. We used to work out at the Y but then started coming up with excuses not to go.
We have thought about trying the game "Just Dance" with our daughter and we go on daily walks, but mostly, we just need to get back to the YMCA. 
I play softball every year. Women's and co-ed, womens league just started and am jazzed about that.
So, I think that is about it, nothing much going on here except for trying to lose some weight and get down below 200 for the first time in 20 years.
