Hello Forum World

Hi I haven't been on a forum in like 10 years... but I'm doing Ideal Protein and have read some helpful stuff on here. so I figured I'd join.. couldn't hurt could it? I'm a mom of 3 under 5.. and I have lots to lose! :) How do you get one of those tracker things?
