Default A Fresh Start
Hey all!

My name is Tina, and I joined this site last year, made some progress and then backslid and gave up. I am back at my starting weight and am determined to make progress this summer. I liked the South Beach Diet before and will be trying it again. However, I'll be exercising too. Nice to meet you all, see you around!
